TL;DR
- Bulk campaigns send Meta-approved WhatsApp templates to all your contacts or a hand-picked list, right away or at a scheduled time. Messenger and Instagram campaigns work too, for contacts who wrote to you in the last 24 hours.
- Meta's rates, no markup. WhatsApp campaigns go out from your own WhatsApp Business account and Meta bills that account at its own rates. Raabt doesn't add anything per message.

What a campaign looks like
- Choose the channel: WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram.
- Choose the message. On WhatsApp that's one of your approved templates, with its variables filled in.
- Choose the audience: everyone reachable, optionally filtered by contact status with people excluded, or a list you pick by hand. Before you send, Raabt shows how many contacts are reachable, how many are blocked and, on Messenger and Instagram, how many are outside the 24-hour window.
- Send now or schedule it.
Sending you can trust
- Never twice, never skipped. Recipients are processed one at a time and each send is saved on its own, so a server restart in the middle of a campaign never re-sends a delivered message and never drops one that wasn't tried yet. Interrupted campaigns pick up again automatically within about a minute.
- Blocked contacts are left out automatically.
- Receipts only move forward. A late "delivered" update can't overwrite a "read" that already arrived, whatever order Meta sends them in.
Costs: Meta's rate card, nothing added
Meta charges for WhatsApp per delivered template message, based on the template's category and the recipient's country code:
- Marketing: promotions, offers, new arrivals, announcements.
- Utility: order confirmations, delivery updates, account alerts. Anything tied to something the customer did.
- Authentication: one-time codes. Raabt has a separate WhatsApp OTP API for those.
Your WhatsApp Business account is billed by Meta, and Raabt shows you Meta's own cost data: totals by day, country and category, and the cost of each message. Raabt doesn't resell the messages or add a fee on top.

What changed on October 1, 2026
- Higher marketing rates in Saudi Arabia ($0.0576), the UAE ($0.0576), Kuwait ($0.0792), Morocco ($0.0414), Mexico ($0.0397), Rest of Middle East ($0.0392) and Rest of Asia Pacific ($0.0842).
- Iraq, Kuwait, Oman, Morocco, Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Bangladesh, Nepal and Sri Lanka now have their own rates instead of a regional one. For Iraq, utility messages dropped to $0.0079.
- Service messages are now charged. Free-form replies inside the 24-hour customer service window cost the same as utility messages, after 1,000 free service messages per phone number each month.
- Utility templates inside an open window are charged too. They had been free since July 2025.
The last two changes affect every WhatsApp business, not just campaigns. Raabt's cost dashboard shows them as they happen.
Getting better results
- Message people who opted in. Low-quality campaigns get blocked and reported, and that lowers your number's quality rating.
- Use utility templates for utility messages. An order update sent as a utility template costs a fraction of a marketing message in most markets.
- Personalize with variables. A customer's name and their last order beat a generic blast.
- Watch the receipts. A high failure rate usually points to old numbers or a template problem. Fix it before the next send.
