How Data Deletion Works
When you request data deletion, either through our platform or via Facebook/Meta's settings, we permanently remove all data associated with your account from our systems. This includes your social platform tokens, conversation history, contact data, and AI configurations. Deletion requests are processed within 48 hours.
What Gets Deleted
- Social platform access tokens and connection credentials.
- All conversation history and message data from connected platforms.
- Customer contact information and interaction history.
- Your account profile, business settings, and AI configurations.
If you received a confirmation code after requesting data deletion, enter it below to check the status of your request.
Request Data Deletion
To request deletion of your data, you can: (1) disconnect your social platforms and delete your account from within the dashboard, (2) use Facebook's app settings to remove our app and trigger automatic deletion, or (3) contact us at info@raabt.ai with your deletion request. We will process all requests within 48 hours and confirm completion.
