Raabt is an AI-powered customer support platform that enables businesses to manage conversations across multiple social messaging platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, and Telegram) with AI-assisted responses, contact management, and analytics.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

4. Social Platform Integration

By connecting your social media accounts (Facebook Page, WhatsApp Business Account, Instagram, Telegram), you authorize us to access and use those accounts' APIs on your behalf to send and receive messages, manage conversations, and provide analytics. You are responsible for compliance with each platform's terms of service and policies. We may disconnect integrations if required by the platform provider.

5. AI-Powered Features

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to customer messages. AI-generated responses are provided as suggestions and automated replies based on your configuration. You are responsible for the content sent through your connected accounts, including AI-generated messages. AI responses may not always be accurate or appropriate; we recommend reviewing AI settings and monitoring conversations.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk messages that violate platform policies.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

7. Payments and Billing

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed on our pricing page. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and all associated content, technology, and branding are owned by Raabt. You retain ownership of your data and content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms (Meta, Telegram) that may affect your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any reason with reasonable notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of your data before termination takes effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction.
