When you disconnect a social platform (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram) or delete your account, we remove all associated tokens, conversation data, and contact information. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, secure HTTPS connections, and regular security reviews. Access tokens for connected social platforms are encrypted before storage.
